Our Aims & Objectives

To promote and support the interests of firms of solicitors offering High Street services and in particular conveyancing and probate.

To promote the interests of a network of solicitors in England & Wales marketing property for sale on behalf of clients and other solicitors.

Maintaining a code of conduct for property sellers and offering a complaints resolution service.

Offering a forum for expression of views on topical issues and developments by newsletter conferences and meetings.

Providing help and access to help and training for those starting up or engaged in property selling.
